Ever wondered what actually goes into making a great cocktail? Join us at Drum Distilling Co. for a one-hour Cocktail 101 class where we’ll cover the basics of cocktails, spirits, ingredients, and techniques.
You’ll learn how different spirits work together, how to balance flavours, and some of the simple techniques that can take a cocktail from average to great. We’ll also make and enjoy three different cocktails throughout the class.
This is a hands-on, relaxed class and a great way to spend an afternoon, whether you’re new to cocktails or just looking to learn a few new tricks.

Dust off your dancing shoes. This Halloween, Drum Distilling Co. turns into the Blue Light Dance Hall for one night only, with live music from Garrett Gregory.
Your ticket includes a personal serving of chips and salsa. Come early, grab a drink, and settle in before the music starts.
Costumes encouraged. Flapper fringe and pinstripe suits are very welcome.
